Colombian racing driver Tatiana Calderón has reached a historic finish line: she is the first woman to win a race overall in the NASCAR Brazil Series.

Remezcla’s Lissete E. Lanuza reports that Calderón took the victory in the second race at Circuito dos Cristais, the Curvelo oval. She finished 0.527 seconds ahead of Felipe Malinowski, with Ricardo Maurício completing the podium.

The result followed a fourth-place overall finish in the weekend’s opening race and also earned Calderón a place among the 12 drivers advancing to the playoffs.

With experience across single-seater and endurance racing, Calderón’s latest achievement brings a Colombian name into another chapter of motorsports history. It is a standout moment for Latina visibility in a demanding, international sport.
