Las Vegas just gave one of its biggest entertainers the ultimate honor. Bruno Mars was celebrated with a massive parade along the Las Vegas Strip, culminating in the official renaming of Park Avenue to “Bruno Mars Drive.”

Beyond the celebration, Mars also made a major impact offstage — announcing a $1 million donation to support a new children’s hospital in Las Vegas.

From residency superstar to having his own street on the Strip, Bruno Mars has officially crossed into icon territory — and Las Vegas made sure to recognize it in the biggest way possible.
